PHAT Fest is a movement to fix the youth Obesity epidemic in Texas and around the country. We sponsor physical activity entertainment events, performing arts and sports programs that motivate youth and families to be physically active, to eat nutritious food daily and to practice & promote health and wellness in their neighborhoods. It's FREE to the public.
Competitions involve a small fee and is open to youth through high school. Adult and non-competing youth acts who are interested in performing are screened by the Executive Director before being allowed limited performance time on the PHAT Stage (Inquire??)
